We seek a skilled and experienced Lead Technician & Programmer to oversee and execute installations and programming for audio/video, security, and low-voltage systems. Responsibilities:

Savant system programmer audio/video, security, and low-voltage systems installation and programming
Install and configure audio-visual systems, including projectors, screens, and sound systems.
Conduct site assessments to determine optimal installation solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AV equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service and support during installations.
Wiring Roughs on their own or leading a crew.
• Trimming out systems without Supervision or leading a crew
• Proficient with alarm installation.
• Proficient with networking
• Building racks
• Wiring racks into projects
• Installing Lighting Controls and Shades
Stay updated on the latest AV technology trends and product offerings.
Document installation processes and provide client training on equipment usage

Requirements:

Proven experience in AV installation or related field.
Strong knowledge of audio-visual equipment and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Relevant certifications in AV technology are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry certifications (Savant, Control4 Certified)
Familiarity with network setup and configuration
Experience with security camera systems and access control
